What if my order doesn't arrive

Very occasionally items simply go missing in action without a trace so if your order has not arrived after five working days, please contact us and we will look into it on your behalf. 

What if my order is damaged or not what I expected?
If you're not happy with your order when it arrives for whatever reason get in touch. Our aim is to please not disappoint you so let us know what the problem is and we can find the right solution. If the item is faulty or damaged we will of course resend or refund. If you have any questions about your order and want to discuss with us, please contact: info@littleletter.co.uk and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
